$200

What is your name? Dizzy

How old are you? 1.5-2 years old

How much do you weigh? 65 lbs

What do you look like? Im a stocky little girl with a grey and silver coat

What do you like to eat? I love my Taste of the Wild kibble and plain chicken as a treat

What kind of personality do you have? I am best described as a snuggly wiggle-butt who likes to play

Describe your perfect day:? I really love weekends because I get to be working on my training and have lots of play time in the yard! On a perfect day Id sit in the sun for a while, one of my favorite things to do, then perhaps go on a big long walk.

What is your favorite toy? Hes not a toy necessarily, but wrestling with my foster brother is my favorite thing to do

Do you know any tricks? I know sit and off and Im learning new things all the time

What scares you? Im not particularly fond of my foster familys Roomba vacuum but Im learning to get over it

Have you been around children? Do you like them? I have met a toddler and I like kids and would never hurt anybody on purpose, that said I can get a little too excited some times which seems to be a bad thing around real small humans.

Do you like cats? Whats a cat? If they are anything like squirrels we might not want to hang out. I wont know until I meet one!

How do you feel about other dogs? Other dogs my size are literally my favorite things on earth!

If you could be anywhere in the world, where would it be ? Snuggled in bed with YOU! (Hint hint)

How is your health? I am in really good heath. I had a skin condition before my rescue but it is almost all cleared up!

Who do you live with in your foster home and who is your closest companion? I have a foster mom, a foster dad, and my foster brother Bowie. Bowie is my best friend. We wrestle and cuddle and investigate noises together! We love to sit in the sun. We even get farts at the same time!

Where do you hang out when you are home alone? I stay cozy in my crate.

Where do you sleep? I like my dog bed! So cozy, but I sneak on the bed sometimes

Do you like walking on a leash? Yes! Walks are so fun! My foster mom says Im pretty easy to walk on leash.

Do you have any "not-so-great" habits that we should know about? For instance, do you bark or dig in the yard? I have been told I am a beautiful work in progress and I have some little things Im working on for instance I can be a bit obsessed with toys, thus I dont have any. Sometimes my hellos are a bit overbearing and I forget myself and try to climb you. I will bark on occasion but its just because I want to look out for the ones I love.

Are you house trained? (Meaning do you go potty outside): I am fabulously house trained! I do best in my crate while my people are away.

Do you like playing in water? Trying to eat all the hose water is such a fun game!

What do you love about your foster family? I love that they gave me a chance to find my forever family. I know Ill make somebody very proud to call me their own

What was your life like before being joining NBBR? I was used for breeding and had all of my pups taken away. As soon as I got a mild skin condition I was dumped like trash. I didnt have a happy childhood but you will never be able to tell! I am loving my life.

NorCal Bully Breed Rescue is a foster based rescue with foster homes spread all throughout the Sacramento area. We usually require our adopters to be within a 50 to 100 mile radius of us, depending on the dog, and depending on the home. This is because we need to do a yard check to guarantee that the potential adopter's yard is secure, and also have them be close enough should any behavioral issues arise, and the assistance of our trainer is needed. We are, however, willing to adopt out of our area, including the Bay Area, Tahoe, and even further. We've even adopted out of state on very special occasions. We try our best to match our dogs to the perfect homes, and match them based on their personalities, not their looks. Adoptions are not done on a first come, first serve basis, rather in the order of what homes are the right match for that particular dog. Our adoption fees are based on the dog and range from $200-$350. In the case of senior dogs (6+ years), fees will be waived to the right home. This includes spay/neuter, vaccines, microchip, and deworming (if necessary).

Dizzy's adoption donation is $200.
